Gossip and popular legends blur the line between reality and imagination in Júlia's town. It's summer festival time, but a series of power supply issues mean the residents enjoy it with a certain caution. Twenty years ago, under similar circumstances, a young woman was murdered, and the case was never solved.

Even so, Júlia seems immune to other people's concerns; she has enough to deal with trying to understand the ever-changing and unpredictable attitude of her partner, Pau.

The night of the main festival puts the two young lovers' relationship – full of gaps and shadows – to the test; it seems that any misunderstanding could lead Júlia to the same fate as the girl from twenty years ago: being consumed by the night.
