In Salt, one of the most intercultural cities in Spain, Musa works as a herdsman with Joan, joining forces to push forward the urban herd of cows so that, after years of trying, his family can finally come from the Senegal. At the same time, the seamstress association brings an old textile factory back to life by weaving and embroidering complicities between cultures to create a new community.

A Place to Live is a documentary that portrays how the residents of Salt create bonds of coexistence and mutual support to face the stigmatization towards migrant people that lies in sectors of society.
