Shahid: To Grow or Die in Palestine

Shahid: To Grow or Die in Palestine is an observational documentary that portrays the lives and daily experiences of three Palestinian children – Nadeem, Mayar, and Watan – trapped in a context defined by conflict, uncertainty, violence, and military occupation. The situation in Gaza is widely known, but the war has also had (and continues to have) effects in the West Bank, a territory under continuous siege. Currently, 37% of the Palestinian population is under 14 years old. It is on these children that we have placed our focus. Without a doubt, their present is shaped by violence, abuse, and frustration inherited from several generations.
